Residing in the British Virgin Islands, David serves as the Deputy Governor, where he oversees public service transformation and ensures the implementation of key mandates. He is also set to release a children’s book titled Under Prosper’s Mango Tree. Dr. Allison Flax-Archer

Secretary General-UNESCO BVI

Dr. Allison Flax-Archer lives by the motto “Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible.” She is a musician and educator through formal education and has taught at secondary and tertiary levels of education for more than 10 and 25 years respectively.

As Secretary General of the BVI National Commission for UNESCO she is able to give back to the Virgin Islands through Education, Science, Culture, Information and Technology; and as a result has presented several training sessions for the Government of the Virgin Islands.

Dr. Flax-Archer is the owner and main instructor of Scherzo Music Studio where she has trained and influenced hundreds of students of all ages. She is the musical Director for several groups, charter member of the Rotary Sunrise Club of Road Town and Rotary District 7020 Officer.

She is the creator of THE BOX, a history learning tool that highlights the rich culture of the Virgin Islands.

She is married to David D. Archer, Jr., the mother of Prince-David Archer and has a lovely dog named Baileys.journey worth pursuing.


Britnie Faith Turner

Britnie Faith Turner has been on a mission of being a force for good from the age of 12. She bought her first house at 18 and started her real estate development career during the greatest real estate recession in US history while living in her car and working for free.

A mere 6 years later she won the ‘Forbes 6th fastest growing Woman-owned / Woman-led Company in the World’ and has has taken her passion for elevating people and places and turned this The Aerial, BVI into a space that heals, elevates and transforms the lives of those who visit.

Turner is currently scaling the model to include a healing center with the goal of helping even more people. She is impacting lives through her resort and its programs but she is also using the island to restore struggling veterans and first responders.

Through her non-profit, Aerial Recovery, these Heroes go through a year-long program and become Humanitarian Special Operators that in turn, rescue vulnerable people from sex trafficking and natural disasters.

To date, Aerial’s programs have helped with suicide prevention for over 150 Heroes and these Heroes have led to the rescue of over 8,000 people around the globe.


Jeremy Locke

Jeremy Locke is the Co-Founder and COO of Aerial Recovery, a veteran-led nonprofit that responds to disasters and combats human trafficking around the world. A U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of service—10 in Infantry and 10 with the 5th Special Forces Group—Locke has led operations in some of the world’s most dangerous environments, including five combat deployments.

After retiring from the military, Locke co-founded Aerial Recovery alongside his wife, Britnie Turner, following their relief work during Hurricane Dorian. Since then, he has led missions in over 20 countries, applying elite military training to save lives, rebuild communities, and rescue survivors from trafficking networks.

In addition to field operations, Locke is passionate about helping fellow veterans find purpose after service. He developed the “Heal the Heroes” program to train, heal, and deploy veterans and first responders as “Humanitarian Special Operators.” Under his leadership, Aerial Recovery has become a global force for good, combining military precision with compassionate action to bring hope to those in crisis.


Kalilah Enriquez Reynolds

Kalilah Enriquez Reynolds is the CEO and founder of Money Media Limited. Money Media creates financial news and education that’s easy to understand. Its mission is to help Caribbean people create and maintain personal wealth and prosperous economies.

Kalilah is the creator and Executive Producer of Jamaica’s most influential business talk show, Taking Stock, with over 7 million views on YouTube. Meanwhile, her Money Mission online community, with over 3000 members, is the place for Money Makers to meet and share ideas and resources.

In 2023, Kalilah was honored with the Flair Distinguished Award for Business, and nominated for the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Award and the JCC/Yello Marketing Excellence Award.

Kalilah is also a digital marketing strategist, TedX and international speaker and published author of three books.

At home, she’s a mom of three beautiful children.


Bruce Scott

Bruce Scott is the territory leader (senior partner) for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Jamaica (over 400 staff). PwC Jamaica is a member firm of PwC International Limited, one of the largest professional services networks in the world. Bruce is also Chair of the PwC Caribbean region Board.

He holds professional accounting designations in the USA (CPA), the UK (FCCA) and Jamaica (FCA). He also has an MBA among a number of other credentials.

Born into poverty in Jamaica, Bruce has dug his way out. He became one of the youngest persons ever to qualify as a chartered accountant in the Caribbean at 21 years old and one of the youngest partners in the history of PwC Jamaica at age 32. He wrote a book (14 Steps to Financial Freedom) and teaches a course on financial freedom, in his bid to assist students and working adults to develop financial literacy skills. His book at one point was #1 New Release on Amazon in the Personal Money Management Category.

A dedicated Christian (since age 14), Bruce likes to share his faith, especially in a cross-cultural setting. He and his wife, Suzette, have three sons, John (21 years), Justin (18 years), and Jared (10 years).

Tana’ania Small, KC has a reputation as a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. She has over thirty (30) years in practice, being admitted in Jamaica, British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Anguilla.

She undertakes a wide range of commercial litigation and has considerable experience in preparing and conducting complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration and has achieved international ranking as a leading attorney.

Tana’ania is a member of several prominent international associations: Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and a member of the BVI International Arbitration Center Committee, the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL), a contributor to the World Bank Doing Business Country guide since 2014 and the World Bank’s latest project: Business Enabling Environment Project.

Tana’ania is pleased to serve as a Commissioner of the Regional Legal and Judicial Services Commission, which is responsible for the appointment of judges, officers and staff and oversees the management and administration of the Caribbean Court of Justice and as a member of the Council of the Jamaican Bar Association and the chair of a Panel of the Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Council of Jamaica.


Ryan Strachan

Ryan Strachan is Principal Director of Legacy Advisory Services and Sweat Equity Holdings, businesses involved in the practice of Business & Financial Advisory, Stockbrokerage and Private Asset Management, respectively. Up until his December 31, 2024, resignation, he was Vice President – Investor Relations at GK Capital Management Limited, where he specialized in Business Development and Stock Brokerage services. Over time he has originated several Investment Banking transactions on behalf of GK Capital, which led to the firm leading the Jamaica Stock Exchange Brokerage Community with 3 of the 6 Initial Public Offerings in 2022.

Ryan has sourced and continues to manage portfolios bearing public securities listed on Stock Markets in Jamaica and the United States of America. Prior to commencing his career in financial services, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from London Southbank University in 2004 and discontinued his ACCA pursuit at Level 3 in 2010. Past work experience includes stints at Carreras, Deloitte and Mayberry Investments Limited.

He is a Director of ARC Manufacturing, Seal Sprayed Solutions, The Urban Development Corporation and Stanmark Processors where he serves as Non-Executive Chairman. In prior days, he served as a President of the Rotary Club of Kingston, and President of Generation 2000 (G2K), the Young Professional Affiliate of the Jamaica Labour Party. At one point in 2021/22, the two Presidential tenures overlapped for all of 12 months. He is also a FIFA®️-licensed Agent and a Director of Sweat Equity Sports Limited.

His wife Danielle is the center of his axis and in his limited spare time, he enjoys investing, exercising, reading, writing, sporting activity, reformed theology and world travel.”
